Late, but still ice cold

3 letters that will really mess you up if you let it: WoW. Basically that's the only reason for my lack of updates, and I warn you: don't let it suck you in with its warcrafty, mmorpg goodness! Now that that's out of the way, today's update is to the Mega Drive worst's list , and in all honesty I'm not sure why I forgot to the 3rd game for so long when its quite clearly over qualified for the job. Oh, and I'm also here to Pimp My Auctions (no longer valid :) , yo!

Mario Vs Bowser

Mario and Bowser have appeared in two new wallpapers available to download for your desktop viewing pleasure. Expect to see a new Genre in Review (like this Mega Drive one) section for the SNES with the first installment covering Formula 1 games. Several other minor updates are happening, and maybe, just maybe we might see a post by The Great Escape one of these days :P

More Eye Candy

Three more wallpapers have been added to the downloads page, and now all the Nintendo wallpapers are available in 1600x1200 resolution, as well as a widescreen format in 1680x1050.
The three new wallpapers shown are based on Yoshi's Island, Metroid Prime and Street Fighter II. More to come in the following weeks. |

The new design is up and running, and several other updates have appeared along the way, including:
- 5 new entries in the SNES System Combinations r.list.
- Updated NES & SNES game lists.
- Super Metroid & Desert Strike: Return to the r.Gulf added to Game Focus.
- The History of the legendary NES is now available r.to read.

E3 2006 Nintendo Style

E3 has returned for another year with some exciting news for Nintendo's upcoming Wii console. Looking past the unusual choice of name, I'm sure every gamer out there wouldn't mind having a go at using that interesting controller, just to see how it really works. And most importantly if it's any good.

Not much going on here with the Australian summer keeping us away from our computers (well maybe not entirely), so just a little plug for today. I have a couple of ebay auctions happening for some computer hardware that is no longer needed and can serve better in someone else's computer. Linky & Linky (all finished long ago)
